Shipping and Delivery

Every kit is made to order, packed with care and sent directly from our factory in mainland Europe. Here is everything you need to know about delivery.

How long will my order take?

Every kit is made to order, so each canvas is printed fresh for you. Making takes 1 to 3 days, and your kit is sent straight away once it is ready. Within the UK and Europe, delivery then usually takes 2 to 7 days, so in most cases your kit arrives within 3 to 10 days of ordering. Delivery to the rest of the world can take longer, depending on where you live.

Delivery options and costs

In the United Kingdom, delivery is free and tracked, sent with Royal Mail or Spring depending on the size of the parcel. Across Europe, delivery is free and tracked with GLS. To the rest of the world, tracked delivery costs £19.99, and the carrier depends on where you live. You always see the delivery cost at checkout, before you pay.

When your order is dispatched we email you a tracking link, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Delivery protection

At checkout you can add delivery protection to your order. If you choose it and something goes wrong, for example your parcel is lost or the delivery company does not deliver on time, we step in and put it right for you, without waiting for the delivery company.

Without delivery protection, a delayed or missing parcel is handled through the delivery company's own claims process. We open the claim for you and follow their guidelines and timescales, and we resolve your order once their investigation is complete.

Where your kit comes from

NordikAtelier is part of the Road 2 Art brand and is based in the United Kingdom. Every kit is made and dispatched directly from our factory in mainland Europe, so it reaches you complete and carefully checked. You can read more in Our Story.

A question about your delivery
