These terms explain how buying from NordikAtelier works. We have kept them as clear and short as we can. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

About us

NordikAtelier is part of the Road 2 Art brand and is based in Guildford, United Kingdom. Our kits are made and dispatched directly from our factory in mainland Europe. You can read more in Our Story, and reach us at any time through our contact page.

Our kits

We describe and photograph every kit as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different from one screen to another, so the finished piece may vary a little from the image you see. Sizes and formats are explained in our Size Guide and format guide, and How Diamond Painting Works shows what each kit involves.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your local currency where available. Any taxes and the delivery cost for your country are shown at checkout, before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Your order

As soon as you place your order, we email you to confirm it, and again when it is on its way. In the rare case that we cannot supply an item, for example if it is out of stock or was shown at the wrong price, we will let you know straight away and refund you in full.

Custom Atelier orders

When you send a photograph to our Custom Atelier, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. We use your image only to make your kit. We may decline an image that we cannot reproduce well or that is not suitable to print. You can read more about the process on our Custom Atelier page.

Delivery

Every kit is sent directly from our factory in mainland Europe. Delivery options, costs and timings are set out on our Shipping and Delivery page and shown at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Unopened standard kits can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can give you the best return address. Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Custom paintings are made just for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Our responsibility to you

If we fail to meet these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Your privacy

We look after your personal information carefully. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Our content

The designs, photographs and text on this website belong to NordikAtelier and Road 2 Art or are used with permission. Please do not copy them without our agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep any protection given to you by the law of the country where you live.
